Located in the upper West side, the Bard Graduate Center teamed up with Yorke to construct their new home for faculty services, a library for their known rare book collection, auditorium, classrooms, and offices.  The building is located within a Landmark District, careful planning was required in order to retain the original façade for restore, while demolishing the remainder of the structure and rebuilding new.

Additional cellar space was gained by extensive excavation and by increasing the footprint of the building across the entire building lot, ensuring the Graduate Center has enough space for all their current and future needs.
