The project consisted of a gut renovation to a five story West Village townhouse.
Work included:
- A complete restoration of the exterior facade in accordance with landmark regulations
- Addition of new penthouse level and roof deck
- New interior layout with gallery level finishes throughout
- New mechanical system
- New garden spaces in the front and rear of the building
