The St. Ann’s Warehouse Project is a 25,000 square foot theater building that serves as the first permanent home to the St. Ann’s Warehouse theater group.
Located in Dumbo along the Brooklyn Bridge Park, the building was constructed utilizing the original brick foundation walls that previously housed a tobacco warehouse built in 1860. These walls were historically protected and restored to their original pre-Civil War condition.
